Bob completed 32+ years of federal service, 22 with the Department of Veterans Affairs as Chief, Medical Administration. During his tenure with the DVA, he was on the implementation team for Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR). He began his federal service in 1963 when he enlisted in the U.S. Army. During his more than 10 years of active service he had the opportunity to visit more than 15 foreign countries. Although Mr. Wieters is a 100% Service Connected Veteran, he maintains an active lifestyle working and volunteering with his church.
After retirement in 1996 he began developing web designs and has progressed over the years and has learned many of the techniques used in good web designs.
